At BURU, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style just isn't right. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email for easy printing.

Package Your Items

Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box with the prepaid label on the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
